I think I was probably waiting to put this on my blog till it sunk in, but I felt I should announce that I have a full time job now working for this place:

AND IT IS AWESOME.  haha.  I've only been there three weeks so far, but it feels like forever (in the best way possible).  Just comfortable and right and happy.  I kind of can't believe I've completed the amount of assignments I already have.  And I've actually been employed specifically as a character designer, which is a dream come true.  So happy to be part of this studio and this team.  They're such phenomenal people and artists, and I'm excited by what we're producing everyday.

Legend of Zelda

...Ish.

For my Architecture 2 class, we had to take existing IP's and develop extensions of them.  For our video game assignment, I chose Legend of Zelda and created a Goron Temple level.  Here are two of the spaces existing there.

DONEZO!

WOOOHOOOO!!!  Just finished 6th term yesterday, and what a BRUTAL term it was.  I'll be posting a lot of my work from it this week, but I had to get some celebration out of my system.  hahaha.

It's been like 100 years since I last did one of my outfit-of-the-day drawings, but I'M BRINGIN' IT BACK.  This is what I wore to my last final yesterday.  HELLO, SUMMER!  I'VE MISSED YOU.

Wild Witch Hunt

More work from Character Design.  These were ideas for an arena-style video game a'la Team Fortress 2.  I had the idea of wild west witch hunters.  No, I'm presently consumed with cowboys because I'm reading Steven King's Dark Tower series, WHAT DO YOU MEAN?  haha.

But yeah, really fun departure to make weapons-wielding crazy people versus my usual balls of cute.

More items from the wedding, which was THIS PAST SATURDAY!  EEEE.  It was so much fun and I still can't believe how smoothly everything ran.  There wasn't a moment of it that wasn't perfect, and I had SUCH fun experiencing this thing I'd planned for so long.  JOY!
